What would make me feel safe
Knowing that i am indestructible would definitely make me feel safe. Especially if i lived inside a bullet proof house. I would also feel even safer knowing that my parents were right down the hall. The bullet proof house though, would of course have to have an alarm system, just in case someone got in. The car that we would drive would also have to have an alarm system for car crashes. Those are the safety features i would like to add.

Youtube
Youtube is a fun and demented website where you watch other people fail online. I love youtube and I like making videos for it. Speaking of which, Brittany and I make youtube videos called Shmurf™. They suck. But we have fun doing them and that’s what matters. Brittany plays the main character named Shmurf™, while I play his bffl (Best Friend For Life) Frumhs. Something cool about Frumhs is that “Frumhs” is actually “Shmurf™” spelled backwards. Pretty cool isn’t it. I know it is. So if you want to check us out on youtube, just go to chumchum31’s channel and watch Shmurf™.

Marry Poppins
On a windy day when nothing is going right for children Jane and Michael Banks, a woman named Marry Poppins comes floating out of the sky. Umbrella in hand, and ready to be the nanny for Jane and Michael she walks in the house and gets the job. In the wonderful tale of “Marry Poppins” by PL Travers, an amazing nanny takes a visit to the Banks’ house to show the family the importance of spending quality time with each other.
“Marry Poppins” is a romance type of literature. It starts out with a minor conflict then ends with life symbolism. The minor conflict is the Banks’ family trying to find a nanny. That nanny ends up being the magical and wonderful Marry Poppins. Then it ends happily with life symbolism, Mr. Banks (the dad) realizes that he has been putting his job first, instead of the children and his wife.
Except for a couple, most scenes in this movie prove that “Marry Poppins” is a romance. It is unrealistic, but being that way it can also help you escape from reality. This is another characteristic of a romance. If you think about it, it’s kind of impossible to jump in a chalk drawing, unless you’re with Marry Poppins of course. Plus, what family would be able to tolerate getting into a position of their house a couple times a day just to make sure nothing breaks. I know I wouldn’t.
Seeing that “Marry Poppins” is a romance type of literature, it is easy to pick out the symbolism in it. The fancy and luxurious house, and the doves that fly by the old lady outside the church. As you can tell romance stories are probably going to be pretty and fragile, but in this story, that doesn’t seem to follow through in some scenes. For example when Bert shows Marry and the children their “step in time” dance. Despite the fact that everyone is dirty from the chimneys, it’s the house that they should be worried about. When Mr. Banks gets home all the filthy chimney sweepers are running around the house dancing and singing and soiling the fancy house.
“Marry Poppins” is great movie that everyone and anyone should watch. It’s happy and meaningful and most definitely a romance. Throughout the story there are happy times and sad, times but overall, Jane and Michael Banks end up being pretty satisfied. In the end Marry does leave, but they do not need her anymore, the family is as happy and as close together as ever.

Broken Arms
A couple years ago my dad fell off a really tall ladder and broke both of his arms. So that really sucked. What sucked even more though, was that my dad had to take off work because he couldn’t move his arms, and being at home with two broken arms would not be fun. I mean, what would you do? Well, anyways, so we have this cat Andy, and my dad got up to get something and Andy quickly dashed outside. Aaaaaaaaaaaannnnd ran up a tree. Andy is not an outdoor cat so my dad had no choice but to get a ladder, climb up with two broken arms, and retrieve the cat. He got him down but is was hard.

SNOW
I love to play in snow but sometimes it gets cold and boring, especially if you’re waiting for something, or someone in my case. So a year or two ago my friend Kasia was supposed to come over at 5 p.m. So at about 4:30 I had gone outside to play in the snow and wait for her. Apparently Kasia and her mom had stopped at the hardware store before they came to my house, and at the time they only had one cell phone and her dad had it.But anyways, moving on to my story, so as I was saying I was just out there waiting. Soon it got to be pretty dark, so I called for my parents and they told me what the time was. I was a little confused because they told me it was 6 and Kasia was not yet there. Being as cold and bored as I was I went inside to warm up. At 7 when I had still yet to hear from Kasia, I hopefully walked outside thinking that she would be there. She wasn’t. In about half an hour though she arrived, and also explained why she was so late. Kasia told me it was because her mom wouldn’t stop talking to this one worker there, but I know better by now that it was probably not her mom to be blamed.

Demented things we do, and can't help.
One afternoon Brittany and I were bored so we went into the bathroom, filled the sink up with water, and made a scent. One was for girls and one was for guys. To make the scent we combined a bunch of things we found in the bathroom. They both ended up smelling pretty good. After we finished we took Ziploc bags and filled them up with all sorts or soaps, creams, and lotions. Later that night we went to my house and made more using the supplies that I had. So the next morning we took the bags out to my court and chucked them fiercely at the ground. Green goo flew everywhere! Brittany and I smelled really strong because before we went outside we had been spraying all of my mom’s perfumes on us, and she surprisingly had some good ones. She even had a Beyonce one, but that’s a whole other story.

The Sad Story Of Bob The Builder
It was a windy day when the man crossed the road and went into the bus station. Just moments after he sat down on the bench he heard somebody crying. Jim (the guys name) strolled over to him only to realize that it was bob the builder. “What’s the matter Bob?” Jim asked politely. “Oh it’s nothing, really.” Bob murmured. “It’s alright, I won’t judge. Just lay it on me.” Jim said. “Well alright, there just this one air vent that no matter how hard I try I just can’t fix!” Bob started sobbing even harder. “Oh come on!” Jim shouted loud enough so everybody at the bus station could hear. “You’re Bob the freaking Builder! You can fix anything!” “You know what?” Bobs face started to light up as he talked. “I am Bob the Freaking builder and I can fix anything. Bob then stood up and stormed out of the bus station with pride. Right when Bob took his first step outside his hat blew away. After his hat blew away Bob ran right back into that bus station and cried harder than ever before. “What I wuss” Jim mumbled as he walked away.

Only child
I am an only child and not everybody knows that about me. Sometimes I hate being lonely but other times I like getting most of the attention. Whenever I tell someone that I have no other siblings they usually think I'm spoiled. Which I'm not spoiled, we just have more money for other things because we don’t need a lot of food, clothes, and other necessities. So I do have a lot of things I like but I only get big things like that for Christmas or my birthday. Other than that I have to save up my money for stuff that I want just like any other kid. To get money I have to also have an allowance. That is why I hate when people think that I'm spoiled, I'm not I just have a very happy childhood!

The Mall
I love the mall. It is so much fun to go in and run around and buy stuff. I always get my beastly earrings there. I have hamburgers, dice, cupcakes, strawberries, shutter shades, sushi, ringpops, and the ones I’m wearing right now are gummy worms. Yay! I also love build-a-bear. I haven’t been there for a really long time though, but I still wanna go. (kinda). Another thing I love there is the food court. It has the most yummylicous food ever! Except they don’t have a Mickey D’s no more. Sad face.

Does Patriotism Still Matter?
Does Patriotism still matter, Is it still important, Do we even need? The answer to all of those questions are yes.Our country is everything, It's were we live, were our friends and family live, it is our culture and our pride. Without it, we are noting. So we should give athanks to all the people who fought for us in the wars. Their biggest priority: Saving us. Our biggest priority should now be to give them, and our country all the respect it deserves. I believe in patriotism because it’s a fact, patriotism absolutely matters.
Every citizen in this country should be patriotic. If not, they don't deserve for soldiers to be out fighting for them. There are citizens of America out in wars right now, risking their lives for us. How could you not respect that? If you can't, that is selfish! We (the people of our country) deserve our rights and people are out fighting for those. Those people need to be thanked in a patriotic way.
All of the patriotic citizens in our country need to thank and show respect for those people who saved, helped, and sacrificed for us. To thank them we can do things like visit them in the hospitals to thank them in person. Or as little as just standing an putting our hands over hearts at parades when the flag comes by. Everybody with a sense of knowledge can put their hand on their heart for things such as a flag, the national anthem, or when the Veterans' do their little coast guard march right before they put up the flag. That is another way, respect our flag. Fold it up properly and don't let it touch the ground.
Now this is my point of view about patriotism. I'm not really big on politics and presidents and things like that. And to be honest, I really hate learning about our country. I don't have a clue about the politics and speeches, they just bore me.
But I do know one thing, patriotism still does matter and it always should.
All of those things up there are reasons for us to still honor and respect patriotism. Without it we are nothing. Nobody would respect soldiers who risked their lives. With it we are strong, and we can support out troops. Patriotism is everything!
